How can I cancel or return my order?

Would you like to cancel your undelivered order? No problem, just give us a call or send us an email.

If the goods have already left our warehouse or if you have already received the order and still want to cancel it, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to coordinate the return. If you exercise your right of cancellation, the goods will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - as far as possible - in their original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to view the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when returned. Products that have already been built up cannot be returned.

Once we receive the return notification, we will contact you as soon as possible to handle the process. The return costs are €75 and are your responsibility. Once we have received the returned items in good condition, we will refund the purchase value of the returned goods including the shipping costs if applicable (minus the return costs of €75) within 14 days after receiving your return. When only a part of the order is returned, we do not reimburse the shipping costs. The refund will be processed using your original payment method.
